Drive off Takofanes during the Blood Moon Event:
- Defeat Zombie Vanguards (0/50)
- Defeat Zombie Horde (0/100) and Ravenous Turakians (0/10) 10:00 minutes
- Defeat the Deathlord (0/1) 10:00 minutes

Notes
Takofanes will spawn upon creation of an instance and will return every 6 hours until that instance is closed. He will spawn at one of 3 possible spots in Millennium City. These spots are indicated on the map to the right, by the 3 purple circles. His rising is marked by a swirling cloud of light and a column of blue light indicating his location.
