Reaper's Embrace Tier 3 Reaper's Embrace is a powerful slashing attack capable of taking advantage of any bleeding wounds the enemy may have. Requires 5 powers from Single Blade or 6 non-energy-building powers from any framework. Tap + Single target Slashing Damage. + Ends all Bleeds on the target, causing them to Rupture and deal damage to the target. Charge + Increases damage and energy cost of Tap effect.
