Overview
Perks are special accomplishments your hero can achieve in Champions Online. Unlike Missions, Perks are not about fighting crime or defeating evil masterminds, they are rewards for exploring the world, daredevil feats, and reaching various milestones in game. Completing a Perk grants a small experience reward and some Perk Points. These points can be used at special Perks Vendors in Millennium City to buy special rewards. Some Perks are only available for a limited time or at a certain point in the game (see: Missable Perks).
Some perks are still missing information, please help us out with anything you may know about these Perks in Progress.
There are nine types of Perks:
Perks associated with resources points and destroying objects.
Perks associated with specific one-time events.
Perks associated with exploring the world of Champions Online.
Perks associated with taking and receiving damage, reaching a certain level or completing a specific number of missions.
Perks associated with Neighborhood and Zone histories.
Perks associated with Story Arcs (Sets of Missions), Plots (Sets of Story Arcs), Location, Villain and Faction lore.
Perks associated with battling other champions.
Perks associated with defeating your your Nemesis' minions.
Perks associated with vanquishing villains or killing a certain number of a particular faction. The majority of Perk Devices and Costumes come from this section.
