About
His name is Dr. Phillippe Moreau, and the science he practices is the darkest and most depraved. Grandson of the notorious nineteenth century vivisectionist Henry Moreau, Phillippe carries on his family’s abomination tradition, using strange serums and sadistic surgeries to create a race of human-animal hybrids known as Manimals.
Driven from his Beast Mountain village in the remote peaks of the Ukraine, Moreau has retreated to the solitude of an even more isolated location, the jungles of Monster Island. It is here that his experimentation has grown even more twisted, debauched, and vile.
And now that Moreau is in league with VIPER, he is more dangerous than ever. They’ve given Moreau the money and the means to make his most twisted dreams reality…unless some brave hero dares to descend into Moreau’s underground chamber of horrors and put a stop to him!
