Mental Discipline
Tier 2
You focus your mental energies, allowing you to more easily determine your enemies weak spots.

Requires 3 powers from Telekinesis or 4 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Toggle
+ Increases Ego Damage you deal.
+ Increases the effect of your Ego Leech, which now als grants an increased chance to Critically hit.
+ While this power is active, the Energy cost of all of your powers is slightly increased.
+ You may only have one Form power active at a time. Activating a Form power immediately ends any pre-existing Forms.

While this power is active, your Ego Blade powers manifest Dual Id Blades instead of a single Ego Blade.
