SOCRATES is the Champions’ super crime-fighting computer. There are SOCRATES consoles all over Millennium City. Authorized heroes can use them to contact the computer and get updates on any emergencies in the city. And as you can see, we have one heck of an emergency. When you are ready, head across the street and talk to SOCRATES.
