In fact, my files indicate you have even played a role in stopping some of VIPER's most heinous plans. Unfortunately, it was just a matter of time before VIPER tried to export the products of their dark labors to our doorstep, and so it's no surprise to me when I receive word VIPER is trying to smuggle in some of their Project Awakening-created mentalists from Canada. You need to strike hard, <Name>, and send a strong message to VIPER this will not be tolerated. You can find these VIPER agents in the parking lots of Dynamic Technologies, by the big rig.
