Requires 1 power from Celestial or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

+ Guarantees the next damage or healing ability you use counts as a Critical Strike that uses your Constitution instead of your Ego to determine Critical Severity.
+ At Rank 1, this power uses 83% of your Constitution to calculate your Critical Severity. This percentage rises to 100% at Rank 2, and 120% of your Constitution at Rank 3.
+ This power has no effect on Damage over Time abilities or abilities that summon objects or critters to do damage for you.
+ This bonus to your next attack will expire if not used within 18 seconds.
+ You may only be affected by one On-Next-Hit power at a time.
