It turns out Foxbat's comic book caper just set the stage for a larger scheme to "expand his fan base, and show to the entire world the awesomeness and greatness which is Foxbat." He's now taken over transmissions and is broadcasting his own impromptu "reality show" in WCOC Television Station, the building with all the transmission dishes on the roof. This seems like the perfect opportunity to bring Foxbat to justice, which may very well mean it's a trap. Foxbat is unstable and unpredictable and he should never be underestimated. Proceed with caution, Hero, and don't be surprised if he tried to make a fool out of you.

Rock Landman – Hey, you're not Rod! But I think we need your help right now. Just as I finished the weather and walked up here, this guy in a crazy suit bust through the front door and took over! I can tell you one thing, I love lamps, but I sure don’t love this. If I had my trident, this situation would be completely under control.
Victoria Crownstone – All I wanted was to be network anchorwoman <Name>, not trapped in here like this!! I am a professional <Name>, and I was doing my job until these "things" showed up out of the blue! Even Rod didn’t treat me this badly after the bad hair comment. Get me out of here so I can give Millennium City the news it needs!
Ryan Santana – I was trying to edit my piece on that panda over at the Zoo, when this Foxbat guy came in and took over! I've tried everything to help Rod, even using my special cologne that is made with real bits of Panther to get rid of these guys, and nothing is working! The bottle said it works 60% of the time, every time... I guess they were totally wrong this time.
Chapman Kind – I just got done with my catch phrase, SLAMMY! When this guy in a freak suit came in and took over! Listen, I'm all about having fun you know, setting peoples houses on fire, getting pantless at parties, the usual normal guy fun stuff. I can tell you hands down, this is NOT fun. Please, get rid of this freakshow Foxbat so I can get back to being with my team and having fun.
Rob Mahogany – Have you seen my beautiful Victoria? I'm so scared she needs my assistance, and I am stuck here with this loser Foxbat! We just finished with the news here, when this Foxbat guy comes in and takes over my station. Get me out of here so I can get to my Jazz flute practice!
