About
Frank Fletcher, a small time hoodlum in the employ of Vibora Bay gangster Gus Sweetland, had a serious change of heart and became Flechette, champion of justice.
A change of Heart
Dying from injuries sustained during a firefight against UNTIL soldiers, Fletcher was handed over to a mob doctor who replaced his bullet-ridden organs with those of the recently murdered radioactive vigilante hero Shotgun Sheldon. Somehow, when Fletcher woke up, he had a new attitude about criminal justice, and had gained not only a strong sense of morality, but an incredible aptitude with weapons.
Heroic End
Originally a bladesman, by the time of the Battle of Detroit Flechette had switched to firearms, which he found more efficient. Despite his weapons mastery, Flechette was cut down by the minions of Doctor Destroyer, this time with no one to repair him.
Now Flechette lives again, walking below the Blood Moon, his body and soul enslaves by Takofanes.

Notes
- In-game references are inconsistent in referring to the hero as Flechette or Flechette II, especially in non-English versions of game text. There is only one hero in Blood Moon involved with the quests and perks, all info in this wiki will simply refer to the hero as Flechette.
