Ego Surge Tier 2 Through concentration and mental discipline you are able to manifest a second blade of energy when using your ego blade attacks. Requires 3 powers from Telekinesis or 4 non-energy-building powers from any framework. Click + Increases damage of all attacks. + Grants you an amount of Ego, based on your level. + Assists in breaking out of Hold, Root, and Disable effects. + Can be used while held or Confused. + Counts as an Energy Form. + This power is considered to be an Active Offense. Activating this power imposes a 30 second cooldown on all other Active Offenses.
