| You wrap the villain in strands of mental energy. This Ego Hold will keep your target in place, though they may try to break free.

| Requires 3 powers from Telekinesis or 4 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

| Paralyzes the target. Paralyzed targets can't move or attack. The target is able to struggle to break free from the hold early, and damage the target takes will reduce the duration as well.
