The Cult of the Red Banner loonies are running wild in Millennium City and ol' Burt Jackson ain't gonna stand for it! They just kidnapped a friend of mine, a green-eyed girl named Mia Zin. Because of some mystic horse-hooey, the cultists think if they sacrifice her, they’re going to score points with some kooky old god they call the Death Dragon. You need to get over to the Chinatown alley northeast of the jail where Mia Zin is being held and send those creeps packin'. Sons of the Death Dragon must pay!
