Tier 1
Condemn causes a concentrated burst of Toxic energy to slam into your enemies.

Requires 1 power from Infernal Supernatural or 2 non-energy-building powers from any framework.

Tap
+ Deals Toxic Damage to your primary target and other nearby targets.
+ Has a chance to apply Deadly Poison, which stacks up to 10 times and causes your target to suffer Toxic damage over time. This damage partially penetrates trough most Shield effects.
Charge
+ Increases damage, size of area affected, and energy cost of the Tap effect.

Advantages

Redemption Denied (2 Advantage Points)
On a full charge, Condemn now Paralyzes your primary target and Stuns any other affected targets.
      + Paralyzes for 12 sec
      + Stuns for 1.7 sec

Accelerated Metabolism (1 Advantage Point)
Every time you use this ability you have a chance to return a small amount of energy.
      +20% chance to gain 10 energy
Challenging Strikes (1 Advantage Point)
      +This advantage causes this attack to generate additional Threat against all affected targets, making them more likely to attack you.
      +If this advantage is applied to a power that has a recharge time, it will additionally add a moderate amount of Threat over time to all affected targets, for the duration of the recharge
      +This advantage inflicts a 5% damage debuff against all affected targets. If an affected enemy attacks you, it will quickly reduce this debuff's strength. Conversely, any damage you inflict restores the debuff's strength.
