Frank Fletcher was an injured hoodlum whose vital organs were replaced with those of the murdered radioactive hero Shotgun Sheldon, and who was transformed into the hero Flechette as a result. You've managed to destroy Flechette's corrupted, reanimated body. Now venture forth into one of the crypts of Takofanes and free Flechette's captive soul, so this adventurous hero can finally rest in peace.
Objective
The arch Takofanes used the power of the Blood Moon to raise thirteen of the heroes who fell to Dr. Destroyer during the Battle of Detroit.
