Perhaps you'd life to help me with an experiment? I've been studying modified energy waveforms and have upon a theory that would allow people to fly by harnessing electrical energies! By slight alteration of body chemistry and exposure to controlled electrical currents I believe we can achieve what I dubbed the "Storm Rider" effect - harnessing electricity to ride the air! Fascinating, isn't it? And only a very low chance of frying one's nervous system! The first think I need for the experiment is Metabolic Accelerants. Perhaps you can assist me? Such components can be found in certain modified biological lifeforms such as Manimals in the Feral Tangle or Wells Pass or the alien Qularr in Wayfarer Coast on Monster Island.
