About

A Bullet Bound for Biselle is an Open Mission which takes place south of City Hall in Millennium City. Mayor Calvin Biselle is about to give a speech to his constituents, and there is a rumor that VIPER sleeper cell agents are in the crowd and are about to launch an attack on the mayor. Talk to the MCPD Supply Officer who is standing next to the Mayor and he will give you a metal detector that will help you tell who is WIPER and who is not. Equip the metal detector and use it on civilians int he crowd to flush out the VIPER cell agents.
